	BariSelect Low Air Loss Mattress System - Details & Specifications: This bariatric low air loss system is one of the most cost effective alternatives for skin protection and pressure sore prevention for larger patients. It features "true" low air loss technology and quietly circulates air through 16 individual cells. Air escapes from 33 air openings and is distributed equally across the top of the mattress surface, circulating under a vapor permeable cover to wick moisture away from the patient's skin. This mattress can be used on patients with any stage ischemic (pressure) ulcer, myocutaneous skin flaps, skin grafts, and/or patients with temperature, moisture control, or pain management issues. The Bariatric Low Air Loss Mattress is available in 39", 42", 48", and 54" widths and is portable and lightweight. This model features reliable, whisper quiet operation with low energy consumption. The Low Air Loss Mattress System features a user friendly control panel is run by a microprocessor. Pulsation (alternating pressure) is offered in three cycle settings that continually readjust to ensure patient comfort. Firm mattress mode with timer helps facilitate nursing care. Upright patient mode gives added support when higher elevation is required. Quickset option allows you to input the patient's actual weight so you can preset the pressure.
