The Companion Chrome Transport / Travel Wheelchair by Probasics is one of the strongest and most durable Travel wheelchairs on the market and offers a seat width of 19 inches. The Companion Chair provides an affordable alternative for people with limited mobility, who wish to travel further than their canes or walkers allow. Compact and comfortable, yet 40% lighter than a conventional wheelchair, the Companion Chair is easy for your companion to lift and handle.

With its unique hinged back, the chair folds down easily and can be stored in the trunk of a compact car. The Transport / Travel Wheelchair is not only sturdy but is very lightweight weighing only 27 lbs. The Travel Wheelchair comes standard with 8 inch castor wheels which are maintenance free and are needed for outside use. It has a seat belt for added security and has a fold down back for easy storage. It also has a comfortable nylon seat and push to lock rear castor brakes for extra safety when getting in and out of the wheelchair.
