It comes with a pressure compensated flow meter which permits use of a long cannula while maintaining an accurate flow setting. Fixed, recessed humidifier port which is very convenient and helps prevent humidifier bottle and connection breakage. The DeVilbiss® Five Liter Oxygen Concentrator with Oxygen Sensing Device is a reliable, durable, lightweight concentrator with long life components and pleasant aesthetic features.

The DeVilbiss® Five Liter Oxygen Concentrator with Oxygen Sensing Device is lighter weight and more compact than most 5 Liter Oxygen Concentrators and easier to transport. It comes with a pressure compensated flow meter which permits use of a long cannula while maintaining an accurate flow setting. The DeVilbiss® 5 Liter Oxygen Concentrator has a fixed, recessed humidifier port which is very convenient and helps prevent humidifier bottle and connection breakage. It uses Oxysiv-5 sieve beds with improved filtration resulting in longer bed life and better oxygen purity.

Devilbiss 5 Liter Oxygen Concentrator with O2 Sensing Device - Highlights:

Improved Reliability: Five year bumper-to-bumper warranty is now standard.
Lighter: 50 pounds the reduction of 2 pounds from the previous 515 means easier transport and handling.
Quieter: reduction in sound level means most people should notice a clear improvement in noise; now 48 dBa (as measured per ISO 3744 in the 515ADZ).
Cooler Running: 10 to 15% cooler around the compressor, due to improved air flow, means longer compressor life.
515ADS (with oxygen sensor) below 2 ½ LPM flow, the system automatically turns down its cycle resulting in (compared to the 515DS): 35% reduction in system pressure, reducing stress on compressor bearings and internal fittings; Lower temperature the lower heat of compression means longer cup seal life; Improved energy efficiency at least 15% power reduction can save patients $45 to $60/year in electricity costs (at $0.09/kWH, used 24 hours/day).
The new rotary valve is designed for durable, quiet performance. Life testing shows exceptional reliability for 10 million cycles (over 5 years of average use @ 5,000 hrs/yr).
Introducing the DeVilbiss/GSE compressor: evaluated by accelerated life testing, shows exceptional projected life. Along with the Thomas Nexus compressor (both found on 515A models), we provide unsurpassed compressor reliability.
The 515A uses a simple, reliable, and predictable operating system which lowers the cost of ownership for the HME provider.
