Designed for use with the Posey Personal alarm, the Wander Alarm helps staff locate wandering patients by sounding as a patient arises and staying with the patient as they move. The belt holds the alarm comfortably around the patient's waist, with the pull-cord attached to the chair. A second magnet is connected to the belt so the alarm can be silenced while the patient is escorted back to his/her chair. The belt is made of durable nylon webbing, and is machine washable. Hook-and-loop straps overlap to conceal the belt buckle and prevent tampering. Belt is available complete with the Posey Personal Alarm, or sold separately as an accessory.
