Due to the cost involved with managing purchase orders and offering Net 30 day terms purchase orders must exceed $350 and also will incur the actual shipping costs for the purchase order. Specialty Medical Supply offers free shipping on orders over $75 when paid with a check or credit card pre-shipment, but on purchase orders that are not paid upfront they will be charged the actual freight. There are few exceptions that will allow a purchase order to qualify for free shipping. To inquire about free shipping on a purchase order please call our customer service line or email and explain your purchase order details and ask if it will qualify for free shipping. 

Purchase Order Process:

1)    Fax your purchase order to 513-576-0173 or email it to sales@specialtymedicalsupply.com. Please call us directly at 513-576-9500 or email us at sales@specialtymedicalsupply.com to confirm that we received your fax or email.

2)    One of our experienced sales executives will contact you by phone or email to let you know the shipping cost of your purchase order so you can both add it to your purchase order and fax it over or you can resubmit your purchase order with shipping fees included. Specialty Medical Supply will not process a purchase order unless the shipping cost is included on the purchase order.

3)    Specialty Medical Supply takes between 1-3 days to process a purchase order. A sales executive will either call or email you to let you know that it has been processed and confirm the shipping and billing address on the purchase order and an expected date of delivery.

What are the terms?

Our terms are NET 30 from the invoice date (i.e., the date the product is shipped). Any purchase order with terms greater 45 days will not be accepted.

How do we set up an account?

There is not a process for setting up an account. When you place your first order by credit card or purchase order you will be set up in our system and will have an account.

Is interest charged or are there any fees?

We do not charge interest. We reserve the right to charge a 1.5% per month late payment fee if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Is Shipping Free?

No. Shipping is only free if you are paying by credit card, money order, wire transfer or check before the order is shipped. If paying on Net 30 day terms then actual freight is charged to the purchase order. There are some exceptions that apply so if you have a question about getting free shipping on a purchase order please call or email our customer service team.

What if I have questions about a purchase order?

How do we get a quote or an invoice on an order so we can send in a check?

Just email sales@specialtymedicalsupply.com explaining that you would like to be invoiced so you can pay by check or wire transfer. You must include the name, address and phone number of the facility or institution requesting the quote along with the model numbers of the items you are wanting invoiced. Specialty Medical Supply will generate an invoice and email it back to you. As soon as we receive the check or payment the order will be processed and shipped out.
