The ShearCare™ 300 Pressure Relieving Support Surface is a pressure reducing foam mattress which is divided into three distinct zones, comprised of 66channel cuts for the reduction of friction. Varied pressure reduction is achieved in the heel, torso and head sections, while specific attention is given to cell depths for pressure management in the vulnerable heel section. The top cover is Unitek™ Nylon. A 70 Denier urethane coated nylon. Low shear, fluid resistant, anti-microbial/anti-bacterial, fire-retardant fabric. 3 Pressure Zones/ Solid – core construction: Foam Core: Channel cut high-density polyurethane foam with 66 channel cuts to provide pressure reduction and anti-shear sleeping surface. The core is fire-retardant and anti-microbial/ anti-bacterial. The bottom cover is Masongard™. A triple laminated vinyl, fluid resistant, anti-bacterial/anti-microbial and fire-retardant. Contamination barrier: Mason’s Barrier Stop™ this flap reduces the possibility of contamination of the inner core. Recommended for skin ulcer prevention stages I - II.
